I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious Double or Twin Room. The comfortable beds provided wonderful support, leading to a great night’s sleep. The well-furnished bathroom featured complimentary shower gel, adding a nice touch to my stay.

Staff could improve the management of common areas and be more attentive during busy dining times. Some furnishings were outdated and could use a refresh!!!

the dining room not even open until 20.30 is just ridiculous, who eats that late? I nearly gave a good review, but the cold food at breakfast was simply unforgivable. I also woudl ve loved an upgrade, but I guess I’m just not special enough for that treatment. A real letdown, if you ask me.

I enjoyed my stay at Hq La Galeria, particularly the a la carte restaurant, which exceeded my expectations. The dinner menu was delightful, featuring locally sourced dishes such as morcilla de Burgos. The staff were attentive, enhancing my overall dining experience.
